動画の設定（歯車マーク）から「字幕」を開き、まずは「英語」または「タイ語」を選択したあと、もう一度開いて「自動翻訳」→「日本語」を選択します。最近はAI翻訳の精度が高く、自動翻訳でも十分に楽しめます。
Open the video settings (gear icon), select "Subtitles," choose "English" or "Thai" first, then open it again and select "Auto-translate" → your language. AI translation has improved a lot recently, and auto-translated subtitles are often good enough to enjoy.
公式動画側で自動翻訳を許可していない場合もあります。その際の回避策として、PCの「Google Chrome」ブラウザを使用し、ブラウザの拡張機能（翻訳ツールなど）を使って日本語に翻訳しながら視聴する方法があります。「Chrome 拡張機能 翻訳」などで検索すると簡単な設定で見つかります。
Some official videos don't allow auto-translation. As a workaround, you can watch on PC using the Google Chrome browser with a translation extension. Search for "Chrome extension translate" to find one with a simple setup.
有志のファンが愛を込めて翻訳した字幕を「ファンサブ」と言います。公式動画を勝手にダウンロードして字幕をつけるのはもちろんNGですが、ここで登場するのが「Nekocap」という外部字幕サービスです。これを利用すれば、動画の再生回数は100%公式チャンネルにカウントされたまま、有志の日本語字幕で楽しむことができます。

Downloading official videos to add subtitles is of course not OK — but that's where "Nekocap," an external subtitle service, comes in.
